Short Synopsis

This ethnographic portrait captures the impact of the erratic monsoon on Kathmandu. Moving through flooded streets and rain-slicked corridors, the film documents the day-to-day survival, rituals, and celebrations of the city’s inhabitants, with a subtle commentary on climate change.
